These General Terms and Conditions of Contracting (hereinafter, “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between DBalance Ibiza SL (hereinafter, “THE PROVIDER”) and the user (hereinafter, “THE CLIENT”) who acquires services or products through the website DBalanceIbiza.com.

The purpose of these conditions is to regulate the sale of services [define services: e.g., wellness, training, nutrition, etc.] offered on the website. The contracting of any service implies the unconditional acceptance of these conditions.
To place an order or reservation, the CLIENT must follow the steps indicated on the platform, selecting the service, completing the data form, and proceeding to payment. Upon completion of the process, the CLIENT will receive a confirmation email.
In the payment confirmation email, you will see the RULES OF DBalance that you must read before your first visit to the studios of DBalance Ibiza S.L.
Prices: The prices displayed on the website include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods: Payment will be made via credit/debit card and transfer on the website of DBalanceIbiza.com
Security: The website uses information security techniques to prevent unauthorized access to data.
In accordance with the law, the CLIENT has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
Important Exception: In the case of services, if the provision has begun or has been executed with the consent of the CLIENT (for example, a session already enjoyed or immediate access to digital content), the right of withdrawal will cease to be applicable.

Due to the nature of the services of DBalance Ibiza SL, the following conditions are established:
Cancellations made more than [48/24] hours in advance will allow for a refund or date change.
Cancellations outside this period or no-shows will not entitle to a refund.
All personal information provided during the contracting process will be processed by DBalance Ibiza SL in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and LOPDGDD 3/2018, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from the provision of the services subject to these GTC, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Ibiza (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless the client is a consumer, in which case the current law will apply.
