Cross Kids at Ibiza: strength, coordination, and fun

Movement, learning, and fun in small groups

Cross Kids is a training proposal adapted for children and adolescents that combines strength, coordination, balance, and movement games. The sessions are designed to learn technique progressively, interact with other participants, and enjoy physical activity in a caring environment.

The goal is not to transfer an adult class to the little ones but to offer an experience appropriate to their age, level, and attention span.

How we work in a Cross Kids class

Each session combines four simple blocks:

  • Activation: mobility and coordination games to prepare the body.
  • Technique: learning basic movements such as squats, jumps, pushes, or movements.
  • Adapted circuit: strength and agility exercises adjusted to the age and level of the group.
  • Cool down: breathing, gentle mobility, and closing of the session.

The team supervises execution and adapts exercises when necessary. Control, participation, and progression are prioritized over intensity.

What abilities are worked on

  • Coordination, balance, and agility.
  • General strength through body weight and MAT adapted material.
  • Postural control and body awareness.
  • Confidence, perseverance, and teamwork.

Children’s strength training must be well supervised and adapted. That’s why sessions are organized in small groups with clear instructions throughout the class.

Schedules and reservations

Sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, at Ibiza Training Boutique, Carrer del Metge Riera Ferrer, 4, Eivissa.
