What data do we process
We may process the data you provide when contacting, creating an account, making a reservation, or purchasing: name, contact details, billing information, data necessary to provide the service, and communications maintained with DBalance. The website also generates basic technical data, such as IP address, browser, and cookies, necessary for its security and operation.
Purposes and legal bases
- To manage inquiries and requests, based on your consent or pre-contractual measures.
- To manage reservations, purchases, payments, billing, and subsequent support, for contract execution and compliance with legal obligations.
- To administer user accounts and protect the website against fraudulent use, for service execution and legitimate interest in maintaining its security.
- To send commercial communications only when there is consent or a prior relationship that allows it, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
Retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the request or provide the service and, subsequently, for the periods required by tax, commercial, and defense regulations for possible claims. Commercial communications will be retained until you withdraw your consent.
Recipients and providers
Personal data is not sold. Providers who help operate the website, hosting, email, reservation management, and payments may access them, always under the required contractual guarantees. Payment data is processed by the selected gateway and DBalance does not store complete card data.
If you contact via WhatsApp or interact with Instagram profiles, your data will also be subject to Meta’s terms and policies. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area with the guarantees provided by regulations.
Rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, or portability, as well as withdraw consent, by writing to DBalanceIbiza@gmail.com and indicating the right you wish to exercise. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Minors and security
Services for minors must be contracted or authorized by their legal representatives. DBalance applies reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
