Bring a towel, socks (preferably non-slip) and water. Punctuality is key!
Payments must be made between the 1st and the 5th of each month (cash, bizum, bank transfer or card at the reception of DBalance).
The center is not responsible for absences.
○ Cancel classes: If you are going to be absent, cancel at least 16 hours in advance in the Viday App to be able to recover the class.
○ Recovery of classes: Cancelled classes can be recovered within the following 2 months, always with an active and paid monthly pass.
○ Cancellations with less than 16h notice: If you do not cancel more than 16 hours in advance, you will not be able to recover the class.
○ Reservation of spot: If you cannot attend (due to illness, work, etc.), leave your spot reserved by paying the monthly fee. Unused classes can be used in various ways (consult the center).
○ Holidays: You can block your spot for 15 days for €35 or for a month for €65, or continue paying the monthly fee and recover the classes later.
In addition to the first monthly payment, a deposit of €50 in cash must be paid. This deposit will be refunded as long as the student complies with the cancellation or fee reduction rule, which consists of notifying the center at least 10 days in advance before the month in which they wish to cancel or modify their plan begins.
The center will remain closed on national and regional holidays. If you have a fixed schedule that day, an extra class will be added to your monthly pass, which you can enjoy later.
The student will be relocated to another available class (always notifying in advance).
All students must start the year without pending classes. The prices of the monthly fees will be updated annually based on the CPI.
