The method DBalance: functional strength, Pilates and guided training in Ibiza

Train with structure, technique, and support

At DBalance Ibiza we work with a simple idea: training should serve to live better. Thatu2019s why we combine functional strength, equipment-based Pilates, T-Former, mobility, and specific sessions to create a complete, progressive method that is easy to maintain over time.

The difference lies in the follow-up. Itu2019s not about entering a room full of machines and training without direction. Each class is designed with clear objectives, small groups, and technical corrections so that the body gains strength, control, and confidence.

Outdoor classes in season

With the arrival of good weather, we incorporate outdoor sessions to take advantage of the environment of Ibiza without losing the rigor of training DBalance. These classes are designed to work on mobility, strength, breathing, and body control in a more open context.

This type of session complements the studio work: it helps to vary stimuli, maintain motivation, and connect with the body from a less routine experience.
